watercolour art
I began working with watercolour in 2022, drawn to its unpredictable beauty—the way pigment drifts, blooms, and resists control. Its fluidity became a language for emotion, allowing colour and form to move between dreams and nightmares, tenderness and unease.
Alongside watercolour, I use ink and fountain pen to introduce sharp, deliberate lines that anchor the softness of the wash while creating tension between control and surrender. My images emerge as dreamlike spaces—familiar yet unsettled—inviting viewers to feel rather than explain them. Through colour and line, I hope to transform everyday emotion into something luminous, contemplative, and deeply felt.
